Agreeing with the processing of personal data for registering and maintaining a user account
By granting this consent to the processing of personal data, you agree that Herbamedicus s.r.o., registered in the Commercial Register maintained by the Regional Court in Ostrava, Section C, Insert 31096, with its registered office: Ostružnická 325/6, 779 00 Olomouc, Czech Republic, ID: 27788601, Tax Identification Number: CZ27788601 (hereinafter referred to as the "Administrator"), as the operator of the internet store www.swissmedicus.ch, will process your personal data according to the conditions below.
 

1. SCOPE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSED BY THE ADMINISTRATOR

Personal information will be processed by the trustee to the extent that you have voluntarily provided these administrators in connection with subscribing to newsletters sent by the trustee to the extent of your identification (name and surname, and if you are an entrepreneur, (your billing address, or if you are a businessman, your address, telephone number and e-mail address or delivery address, if applicable) if you require delivery of the goods to a non-billing address), and also to the extent of your purchase history (your transaction data from past purchases, including bank connections, if you stated this for any reason in connection with the purchase of the goods, orders and data on purchased goods, issued invoices).

The legal basis for your processing is your consent. within the scope of personal data necessary for the fulfillment of the rights and obligations arising from the legislation, also these regulations.
 

3. PURPOSE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Your personal data will be processed by the administrator for the purpose of registering and maintaining a user account on an administrator operated by an e-shop, from which you can execute goods orders, view order history, download electronic invoices for past purchases, monitor current order processing status, account also makes use of the possibility of simplifying the execution of additional orders (the system will automatically remember your details and delivery data), including also for the purpose of the related inclusion in the database of registered users of the administrator.
 

4. TIME OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA AND APPEARANCE OF PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING

Your personal data will be processed by the administrator for the duration of the Service of Subscriptions (Newsletters) sent by the Administrator and for a period of 6 months after its cancellation, respectively. after withdrawal of consent to the processing of personal data for this purpose. This is without prejudice to the processing of your personal data to the extent necessary to meet legal obligations.

Your consent to the processing of your personal data is granted voluntarily, and you can revoke it at any time free of charge by sending an e-mail to info@swissmedicus.ch or writing to the administrator at Ostružnická 325/6, 779 00 Olomouc. However, the withdrawal of consent is not without prejudice to the lawfulness of the processing of personal data based on the consent given prior to its withdrawal.
 

5. RIGHTS CONCERNING THE PROTECTION OF PERSONAL DATA

6. SPECIAL RIGHT TO REMOVE THE RIGHT

In addition to the above rights, you have the right at any time to object to the processing of personal data that an administrator manages for direct marketing purposes. In this case, the administrator will no longer process the personal data for this purpose without further personal information.
 

7. RIGHT TO COMPLAIN COMPLAINTS WITH A SUPERVISORY AUTHORITY

You have the right at any time to contact the Office for Personal Data Protection as a Supervisory Body if you believe that personal data protection has been violated when processing its personal data.

8. ACCESS TO PERSONAL DATA AND THEIR SECURITY

Your personal data will be accessed by the administrator, his staff and, if applicable, third parties - processors who provide reasonable assurance and whose processing complies with all legal requirements and which will adequately protect your rights and personal data. These persons may be, in particular, distribution of business newsletters (newsletters), which will only have access to these data to the extent necessary and for the time necessary.

All personal information provided by administrators is stored in a secure database and protected by standard procedures (encryption, access by authorized persons, etc.). Access to a user account is secured by a user name (such as a login email) and a password. You are required to maintain confidentiality regarding the information necessary to access your user account, and you are not authorized to permit the use of the user account to third parties.
 

9. FINAL PROVISIONS

You hereby acknowledge that the personal data provided are complete and correct and that you have been advised that this is a voluntary provision of personal information. At the same time, you acknowledge that you grant this consent in a free, concrete, informed and unambiguous manner.
